At Restoration, our mission is to bring healing, growth, and renewed purpose to those who serve and their families. What began as a single counseling practice has grown into a family of sister companies, each with a shared heart for restoration and a unique focus on serving first responders and the communities that support them.
Together, these four branches form one mission — restoring those who serve, one life at a time.
Restoration First Responder Centers
Restoration First Responder Counseling Centers provide confidential, specialized therapy for first responders and their families, offering trauma-focused care, wellness support, and culturally competent clinicians who understand the realities and demands of public safety work.
Restoration First Responder Network
Restoration First Responder Network delivers agency-wide mental health support, critical incident response, peer team development, and wellness training, connecting departments and families to clinicians who understand the culture, pressures, and challenges of the job.
Restoration First Responder Foundation (501c3)
Restoration First Responder Foundation funds and delivers trauma-recovery retreats, specialized mental health services, and clinician training programs, ensuring first responders and families receive comprehensive, culturally grounded support when they need it most.
Restoration First Responder Clinician Certification
Restoration First Responder Clinician Certification equips therapists to work confidently with first responders through cultural immersion, trauma-specific training, ride-along experiences, and practical skills that prepare clinicians to serve those who serve our communities.
